The Hungarian hymnal was translated and printed in 1866. It is the first translation of the Neue Zionsharfe.
Currently, it is used in Hungary and some congregations in Romania and Serbia. It was used in Akron, Ohio, USA; and Windsor, Ontario, Canada; but recently, the North American congregations have discontinued using it.
