1. Let us hear and give attention, God’s own teaching to embrace, For again He maketh mention of His covenant of grace; Words of life and consolation come to us, His congregation, How thro’ Jesus Christ, His Son, full redemption we have won.
2. May our hearts each day be opened unto Thy good Word, O Lord! Lest our calling be neglected, lead us on with one accord! Let Thy Spirit, we implore Thee, teach us how we may adore Thee. Close to Thee let us remain, till Thy likeness we attain.
Special thanks to the Apostolic Christians who diligently labored to keep their rich musical heritage alive when most other denominations forsook it in the challenging battle of changing cultures. Thanks be to those souls who labored to write and compose this treasure of praise, many now only known to GOD!
